Provincial CPPCC Inspection Group and its entourage Go to Stone Edge for Research and Guidance on Protection of Trade Secrets

On April 14, Guo Yan who is the provincial CPPCC member, deputy director of the Social Law Committee, led the provincial CPPCC inspection team and his entourage to Stone Edge Science and Technology to carry out research and provide guidance on the protection of trade secrets, accompanied by the main leaders of the municipal CPPCC.

At the meeting, the representative of Stone Edge made the detailed report on the Stone Edge’s operation mechanism for the protection of trade secrets in terms of the system security, place security, technical security, confidentiality classification management, confidential equipment and carrier management, intellectual property management and other aspects.

The leaders of the meeting fully affirmed the effectiveness of the pilot work of trade secret protection innovation of Stone Edge, and pointed out that Stone Edge should give full play to its professional expertise in promoting the protection of enterprise trade secrets in the innovation of service effectiveness, and constantly improve the rule system of protection in accordance with the law and regulations, and solidify the foundation of the trade secret protection system. The representative of Stone Edge said, our company has prepared the trade secret protection system construction plan in strict accordance with the guidance of higher government departments.

In 2022, Stone Edge was awarded the only “Sichuan Province Trade Secret Protection Innovation Pilot” in Mianyang. Then, Stone Edge Science and Technology will further enhance the awareness of trade secret protection, set up a special class for the construction of trade secret protection innovation pilot, to ensure the implementation of the innovative pilot construction work, and to explore more effective intellectual property protection barriers of “Stone Edge experience” and “Stone Edge Model”, based on the current work achievements. As well, we will continuously improve the level of governance and protection effectiveness, to promote the protection of trade secrets to reach a new level.
