Chongqing Jiayue Gaojia Huayuan Bridge Project, totaling 2 sites. The project system consists of: weighing system, capture system, poles, notice board, and data center. Project construction and implementation contents include: roadway reconstruction, sensor installation, pole foundation, pipe trench, pipe burying, threading, hand hole well production, pole lifting, capture equipment installation and debugging, marking line drawing, W-beam guardrail installation, cabinet foundation, cabinet installation, threading, wiring and so on. The construction of highway overloading management off-site law enforcement system in the intensive section of over-limit vehicles on the main highway bridges can integrate other systems into an organic whole through broadband or special network to realize the scientific, efficient, reliable and coordinated management and operation of the whole system so as to achieve the comprehensive management effectiveness and goals of real-time monitoring, network deployment and control, automatic alarm, rapid response, information sharing, monitoring, deterrence, prevention and combating. It also could realize the dynamic supervision of overloading on road surface, the real-time supervision of overloading at source, the goal of combining fixed overloading and mobile overloading management, and then finally realize the goal of unified planning, unified construction, unified application and unified management so as to provide a coordinated and shared comprehensive management platform of science and technology for overloading management for the provincial, municipal and district governments and relevant departments.
